It’s been another extraordinary year as 2024 brought a full range of market activity to the Downtown Toronto Real Estate Market! The Bank of Canada embarked on a series of five consecutive interest rate cuts starting in June. With the overnight lending rate now down 1.75% from its high of 5% in April we are seeing Buyers re-engage and an uptick in activity even since the latest December rate cut with quality well priced properties still selling strong!
Once again this year I had the privilege of working with so many wonderful clients to help them Buy and Sell properties all over the city and well beyond, including Georgian Bay, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Northumberland County and even as far as South Florida and Kelowna, BC! Despite sometimes uncertain market conditions people still choose to move for exciting life and work opportunities and I am thrilled to work with the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in the world and the most incredible team to deliver truly exceptional results!
I am profoundly grateful to get to do what I love and for the extraordinary trust and faith my clients continue to place in me as their Trusted Realtor.
